Some things just feel like home.

Some things just feel like home.
I've had horses my entire life. I grew up riding Quarter Horses, later found my way to gaited horses, but I always had a soft spot for the big, beautiful drafts. You know the ones. All that hair and enough presence to stop you in your tracks.
When I was old enough to buy my own horses, I went with a Friesian. After having a couple, I realized the temperament wasn't quite the right fit for me.
Then, about eight years ago, I talked my husband into taking me to a Gypsy Vanner show in Fort Worth.
And that was it.
I fell head over heels for the breed. Their beauty, their quiet temperament, their presence and their gentle nature. It was as if my heart had been searching for these horses all along.
I purchased my first Gypsy Vanner six years ago, and I am thankful every single day for the opportunity to care for and raise these incredible animals.
At Coyote Creek Farm & Co., our horses are family. We strive to breed quality, well-rounded Gypsy Vanners through thoughtful pairings, exceptional care and a genuine commitment to the whole horse.
Temperament, conformation, movement, health and breed type all matter to us.
But just as important is the connection.
We want to share this amazing breed with others. We want our horses to find people who will love them as much as we do, and we want every person who works with us to feel informed, welcomed and confident.
We're a real family farm. There are beautiful days, muddy boots, plenty of horse hair and the occasional reminder that horses have a mind of their own.
And we wouldn't trade it for anything.
Welcome to Coyote Creek Farm & Co.
We're glad you're here.

Kind words from our community
Tasha is my sister so I've been around her for a very long time. She has always treated her animals so well. She will go without before they do. She has a passion for horses like no other. You will not be disappointed in doing business with her. Her horse will be what she says they are. And don't get me started on her stallion Apollo—I have bred to him and been around him a lot. He is an amazing stallion!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
They raise amazing foals, as I have first hand seen and met many of them. The first time I went out there I met Lyric as a 6 month old colt, two years ago I seen him as a 2 year old and at his first clinic; to say her foals come with such grace and mannerisms is just amazing! I recently bought a mare off of them that was bred on her farm and the foal is just a gem! I couldn't recommend this farm enough, I love working with Tasha and helping ride her gypsies when she needs another hand.
